Rescheduling/Cancelation

  • We do not offer refunds for our services. All bookings are transferable, yet non-refundable. You are able to reschedule your appointment or put the value of the appointment towards another service. However, if your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the shoot date, you may lose the value of your booking.

  • Clients reserve the right to reschedule any portrait session with one week PRIOR notice to the photographer, at no additional fee.

  • If you prefer to cancel your session, instead of rescheduling at least one week prior, you may pay a cancellation fee of $50.

  • Rescheduling or canceling of your session’s date within 72 hours may incur additional fees.

Portrait Sessions

  • Your full session fee is due immediately upon reservation of your session. This can be collected through our online booking system.

  • We will not reserve a date or time without payment.

  • JCi Creatives strives to have your portraits ready to view and order within 3-4 weeks after your session. However, due to the level of attention we provide to your images, your wait may be longer. Additionally during our peak season (August-October it can be up to 6 weeks.) We appreciate your patience!

Digital Image Usage

  • Digital files purchased or provided are for personal archival purposes only.

  • Please back up all digital copies of your photographs. We recommend an external hard drive or flash drive.

  • JCi Creatives will make every effort to retain your files for up to 6 months from the date of your session.
